In the current COVID environment, we were looking to pivot away from on site new-hire orientations to a fully remote, digitized solution. Coin Harlan helped us achieve that in lightning speed. We entered into a partnership with CH thinking we just needed to update our New Hire Orientation to be more interactive and have a new look. We thought we’d be done in four months but have been actively partnered for over 10 now! Why? After working with CH for weeks, CV-19 hit, and we couldn’t deliver our newly developed NHO in person. We asked CH to help us create a virtual version. Not only did they do it, they did it in ONE WEEK.
